In no event or situation shall the Company or Artists / Educators be held liable for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages to personal gear or individual damages, whether in an action of contact, negligence, student relationship interactions and/or the behavior of the You  or your child (if under 18)  while attending our events or other tort, arising out of, or in contact with,  students, during our events and contents of the service we provide. Students and parents of students under 18 agree by registration for any event to the following conditions: The Company (and or Artists / Educators) will not be held responsible or liable for the actions of You (18 and over) or child (if under 18) for any action as a result of You (or child's if under 18) interaction with other students or the behavior of You (or child if under 18) resulting in pregnancy, STD's and or viruses as a result of You (or your child if under 18) personal interaction with another student or individual  within the event area.  Decisions and actions made by You, or your child (if under 18) are the sole responsibility of You or your child (if under 18)

 

The Company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on their Service at any time without prior notice. The Company does not warrant or guarantee  that our Events / Services are free from health issues, computer viruses or other harmful components to You or your child (if under 18) person, devices and gear.
